Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facility and services
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our front desk software
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience working in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office management procedures is a plus
- Experience working in hospitality is a plus!
