Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent communication and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Implement and uphold service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Manage and optimize service scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize customer wait times.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of service and repairs.
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of service and repair work.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
