As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with Dr. Lena Cavusoglu to provide her assistance in various aspects of the teaching process during the 2023-2024 academic year.

Normally, the TA is present during class times ( Marketing : MW, 2 : 15pm - 3 : 50pm and / or Social Media Marketing : MW 4-5 : 35 pm and / or Marketing Research : T / TH 2 : 45 - 4 : 20 pm ) to be available when assistance is needed and to be aware of what the students are learning in order to better perform their duties as a TA.

If your class schedule conflicts with any of these sessions, the instructor will collaborate with you to identify alternative times that accommodate your availability.

The TA is also expected to be available at other mutually agreed-upon times outside of class. This availability is essential for assisting in course material preparation and carrying out various tasks assigned by the instructor.

Your responsibilities may include

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of marketing (preferred but not required)

A genuine interest in helping fellow students succeed

Organizational and time management abilities

Adaptability and a willingness to learn

Prior teaching / tutoring experience (preferred but not required)
