Requirements

Youshould be skilled in product management, analytics, a structured anddata-driven thinker, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience designing creative, qualitytechnical products and enabling business capabilities and objectives throughtechnology will be critical.

You shouldbe comfortable conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapidprototyping, and analytics.

Additionally, you should be a skilled communicator with experienceforming alliances and bringing together multiple stakeholders to execute on acommon mission.

Requirements

·5 years of experience in product management

·Bachelor’s Degree or acombination of relevant education, experience, and training

·Experience as a Technical Product Manager responsible for implementingEnterprise Service Management solutions on ServiceNow

·Understanding and experience ofthe Agile principles and methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) and howthey’re applied in workplace culture; related certifications are a plus

·Knowledge and experience ofService Management/Service Delivery principles, methodologies, and tools;related certifications are a plus

·Strong Analytical and DataVisualization Skills

·Great business acumen andcommunication skills

·Excellent analysis andproblem-solving skills

·Strong meeting and work sessionfacilitation skills

·Strong project planning andorganizational skills

·Experience working withcross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

·Validated ability to adapt tonew technologies and tools, changing needs, processes, and ambiguity

·Strong understanding of DesignThinking Concepts and Design Leadership

Strongunderstanding of Value-Driven Frameworks
