Job Description

Duration : Up to 2 month Contract with possible extension.

20.00 hours per week PART TIME HOURS : FLEXIBLE with scheduled

Pay Range : $20 $23 / hr. The pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Job Responsibilities :

• The Dean’s Coordinator for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion provides high-level coordination of the Dean’s activities for the School of Engineering.
• The incumbent serves as the central liaison between the Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and faculty, students, staff, and other internal and external constituents.
• The incumbent will plan, staff, and support events sponsored by the Dean’s office in support of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with advanced interpersonal skills for interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Daily Tasks manages numerous administrative functions including managing the Associate Dean’s special projects, events, meetings, agendas, committee arrangements, purchases, and other initiatives.
• The incumbent will plan, staff, and support events sponsored by the Dean’s office in support of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with advanced interpersonal skills for interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities :

• Administrartive expeerince, 1-2 years
• Education : Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Google suite, excel, microsoft word
• Deadline driven, highly organized
• highly organized,. team player, able to adapt to a changing enviroment.
