The Program Manager for Tutoring & Peer-to-Peer Success Services collaborates with the Tutoring & Peer-to-Peer Success Services team to coordinate Bridge Tutoring & Conversation Sessions for specific courses with INTO Pathway students enrolled. In conjunction with the Director of Tutoring & Peer-to-Peer Success Services, the Program Manager also recruits and oversees TAs for CAS and SBS first-year experience courses (CAS-101 & SBS-100). Manages and oversees the CLAS Marketing Art & Design Scholars to market CLAS services to the Suffolk Community as well as the English Language Learner (ELL) Support Scholars to market CLAS services to the INTO-Suffolk program as well as international and domestic ELLs in the university community at large. The Program Manager will also assist with day-to-day management of CLAS tutoring programs.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Master’s degree in education or a related field preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. Must be detail-oriented. Ability to work well as part of a team and individually. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, social media platforms and willingness to learn new software as needed. Previous learning/tutoring center experience and experience working with college level students a plus. CRLA certification, a plus. Experience with EAB Navigate, TutorTrac, or another tutor management system, a plus. Experience with Constant Contact and Qualtrics, a plus. Evening and weekend work may be occasionally required.
