POSITION SUMMARY:
The Faster Paths Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Faster Paths, the low-barrier substance use disorder bridge clinic at BMC. A core member of the Faster Paths leadership team, the PM collaborates closely with the Faster Paths medical director, associate medical directors, nurse manager, and pharmacy liaison. They provide direct supervision to patient care coordinators and ensure effective, non-stigmatizing, patient-centered service delivery, fulfillment of departmental and hospital objectives, and timely completion of reporting requirements. The PM provides leadership for continuous services and quality improvement, innovation, and staff empowerment, accomplished through effective internal and external relationship building. The PM serves as a primary liaison between Faster Paths and collaborating programs within and outside of BMC, including the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Bureau of Substance Addiction Services, and they ensure effective administration of grant funding. They actively contribute to Faster Paths' mission to deliver on-demand, clinically excellent substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and harm reduction services to reduce overdose and other complications of SUD and to support patients in achieving their goals.
Manages all aspects of program administration and operation, including financial and grants management, strategic planning, personnel management, public relations and promoting the program to the public. Duties include managing data, maintaining budgets, preparing grants proposals; functioning as a key liaison with public and private funding sources, regulatory agencies and relevant hospital programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Requires a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) with an emphasis in human services, education, public administration, social work, or community development.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of five years of experience in the non-profit sector or in a similar clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferred.
