Job Description
Reporting to the Lead, Private Facilities , the Network Operations Manager will be in charge of the daily operations of Success Academy's Private Facilities.
Key responsibilities include:

• Management of Success Academy Network Office: Success Academy currently operates on three floors at our network headquarters and serves over 400 staff members;
• Leadership and Customer Service: Leading a team that will be the first interaction that many people will have with Success Academies will require building a culture of excellent customer service;
• System Creation and Management: Advocating for cross-functional policies, procedures, and communications across the network community to promote efficient function;
• Financial Management: Managing the daily and long-term financials for private facilities, which will include network office purchases, long-term maintenance projections, utilities, private facility staffing, and ensuring the long-term sustainability for continued expansion into future private facilities.
• Facilities Management and Daily Operational Excellence: Ensuring operational excellence and a high level of detail in all areas of operations, from aesthetics to safety protocols.
• Events Management: Supporting with any and all events that take place at Success Academy Network Office

The Network Operations Manager must work closely with a broad base of constituencies across the Success Academy Network Office and will be expected to exhibit:

• Teamwork and collaboration;
• Project management experience;
• Effectively manage projects across multiple stakeholders, and consistently gain buy-in for decisions in order to inform strategy and move decisions forward.
• Implements approved best practices working broadly with both business and technology for on-time/on-budget development and deployment
• Confidence and competence procuring services and managing complex workstreams;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms;
• Results orientation;
• Influence skills in order to drive understanding and adoption;
• An ease to challenge thinking and assumptions; and
• An eagerness to learn and take feedback to grow and achieve full potential.

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
