FRENCH SPEAKING OPERATIONS MANAGER
A dynamic and growing Tour and Travel company located in Manhattan seeks a French Speaking Operations Manager. Working at our Midtown office under our East Coast Operations Manager, you will be conducting a wide variety of tasks, ranging from managing our hotel room inventory, hotel contracts, communicating daily with our European customers and our multiple North American suppliers (Bus, hotel, attractions, restaurants, guides) , communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
This is a full time position requiring candidates to have a valid US work permit.
Key Competencies:
Fluent in French and English verbal and written
Computer literate in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
Detail oriented
Interpersonal skills
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Problem analysis and quick problem-solving
Dynamic, team worker, willing to make a career in this field
Must be a self-starter.
Ability to manage multitasks effectively
Punctual, friendly and reliable demeanor
Minimum of two (2) year experience in tourism/Hospitality field would be a plus.
Your French and Microsoft Office knowledge will be tested during the interview process.
