About the Role: As a Receptionist at Style Netbox, you'll be the face of our company, greeting clients and visitors with a warm welcome and ensuring they have a positive experience. You'll also provide administrative support to our team, helping to keep our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
• Schedule appointments and manage conference room reservations.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, filing, and data entry.
• Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
