Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including filing, answering phones, meeting, and greeting visitors, and demonstrating a proactive, self-starter attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Incoming Calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform general clerical duties, including filing and date entry.
• Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist and scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
