Peachtree Dentures and Implants is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Atlanta, GA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent patient service and administrative support in a dental office setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with Open Dental software and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's appointment system
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Submit insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records and update medical history forms as needed
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as necessary
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist preferred
- Familiarity with Open Dental software or similar dental practice management systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

**Bilingual in Spanish and great addition

Dental office: 3 years > (Required)

Salary: Based on years of experience
