Stratus Building Solutions provides "Stratus Green Clean" services, using proprietary chemicals and equipment, to office buildings, shopping centers, restaurants, retail businesses, dealerships, medical offices, religious centers, and more in the USA and Canada. Our unique program solves one of the major problems that face facility and property managers today.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and businesses in need of janitorial services through various sources, including online research, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a list of qualified leads and prospects.
- Contact prospective clients to schedule and conduct sales presentations.
- Present our janitorial services in a compelling and professional manner.
- Customize service proposals to address the specific needs and requirements of each client.
- Prepare detailed service proposals and contracts outlining the scope of work, pricing, and terms and conditions.
- Negotiate terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the janitorial or cleaning services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
