Essential Job Duties:
- Acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort.
- Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
- Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements.
- Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

- Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description with at least 5 of those years overseeing Contracting Support Services (CSS) contractor execution of the CSS contract requirements and managing acquisition, staffing and employment of CSS project resources.
- At least 3 years of experience managing and overseeing day-to-day program execution of contract support services for NAVAIR or NAWC Program(s).
- Masters Degree
- Allowable Substitutions: BS degree and twelve (12) years related experience or AS or AA degree and fourteen (14) years of related experience or High School Diploma and sixteen (16) years related experience.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Minimum Secret clearance required OR must be eligible to apply and be granted interim DoD interim clearance prior to employment.
