A multi-billion-dollar private investment firm is looking for their next Director of FP&A. The group has global operations and owned subsidiaries across a variety of industries including Healthcare, Industrials, Engineering, Manufacturing and early-stage Tech, with a concentration of assets in North America. They’ve experienced consistent and significant growth over the past several years, and this is a chance to be a part of the strategic vision for what’s ahead.

This position will work at many different levels within the Finance and FP&A function. From Business Partnering with CEOs/CFOs around the portfolio, you’ll bring insights and analytics to the business in order to help decision-making and build strategy. This could include determining best processes to follow when integrating a new acquisition, incubating an internal initiative, forecast modeling for any of the businesses in the Group and beyond – every day will be different, and it will be up to you to keep competing priorities organized and the SVP and Group CFO focused on the most critical.

What we’re looking for:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of finance business partnering experience, with a combined 10 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations and finance roles (Management Consulting or Private Markets experience preferred).
• You’ll be a great storyteller and have the ability to build narratives around problems and sift through the detail to present potential solutions.

You’ll also be comfortable being based 5 days per week out of their Stamford, CT office (flexibility offered as needed).
