We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Website Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, optimizing the user experience, and managing content updates across multiple website properties. This is a hybrid position – 3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remote – and will report to the Director of Marketing. This role is based in our Alpharetta, GA office.

Your Impact on The Organization:

Content Management:

• Manage content/page creation, maintenance, and updates of multiple website properties – globally.
• Develop landing pages to support campaign design.
• Update and maintain translations in multiple languages.

Website Optimization:

• Lead the development and execution of strategies to optimize the website for user engagement, conversion, and overall performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in website marketing to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage the relationship with external web agency resources for website development and keep project timelines on track.

SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

• Optimize search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, including updates to title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and alt text, to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns for maximum impact.
• Implement strategies for conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and user journey optimization, including the development of landing pages for persona marketing.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Plausible, Search Console, Hubspot, etc) to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and key metrics.
• Conduct website audits and prepare regular reports on website analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

• 5 years of experience as a Website Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience working with and through marketing agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and website analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in web content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, technology, or related field.

Technical Knowledge:

• Content management system (CMS) management. Experience with Typo3 and/or Shopware a big plus
• HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS
