Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team! As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with Dr. Lako to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate has a strong background in market research, print advertising, digital marketing, and social media marketing.
Duties:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create customer profiles
- Create and manage print advertising campaigns in various publications
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Manage the company's online presence through SEO, e-commerce, digital marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of market research techniques and analysis
- Proficient in print advertising, advertising sales, SEO, e-commerce, digital marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
