- Self-motivated Independent worker, who can contribute to a team atmosphere
- Multi-tasker
- Systematic and manual invoice generation/creation daily (both product and non-product)
- Ship document to invoice match, and price verification, prior to invoice processing
- GL coding accuracy on invoices
- Bank submittal of check receipts, as well as internal communication of such
- Systematic customer payment recording and application, as well as close out of paperwork daily
- Emailing or online submittal of completed/approved invoices to customers daily
- Continuous communication with customers on open statement and collections
- Daily Accounts Receivable activity/reconciling report
- Weekly update on status of outstanding customer accounts to Controller and CFO
- Upkeep & storage of all AR billing and collections documentation for audit purposes
- Assistance with AR related GL account reconciling
- Month end AR aging verification
- Completion of credit reference requests from customer vendors
- When needed, meet with Controller in order to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
