- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience
- Highly detail-orientated
- High level Excel skills (Microsoft Office)
- High level analytical skills
- Forward/proactive thinker
- Self-motivated Independent worker, who can contribute to a team atmosphere
- Multi-tasker
- Print, Open, Stamp and Date Stamp mail.
- ACH payments - select invoices to pay and pull invoices
- ACH payments - email remittance to vendor
- Date stamps all PO’s that come to the Accounting Department.
- Match invoices to PO’s and code to correct account.
- Send completed invoices out for approval, if necessary.
- Request and review statements monthly from each vendor.
- When needed, meet with Controller in order to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Complete credit applications
- Entering invoices in System
- Tax exempt certificates
- Daily Outstanding check list
- Other duties as assigned.
