Overview

Exxpress Tire, a local tire wholesaler, is looking to add an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to our team. The primary responsibilities for this role include reviewing and processing invoices as well as posting deposits and reconciling end-of-month reports in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and possess an Associates Degree or higher in Accounting.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 / hour

Shift: Monday-Friday (Flexible Hours)

Responsibilities

• Processing invoices for multiple types of purchases
• Coding invoices
• Verifying receipt of inventory or service
• Entry into the accounting system
• Preparing and mailing checks
• Filing
• Posting daily deposits from customers
• Reconciling Month End reports with deposits
• Generating and mailing customer statements
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate or higher Degree in Accounting
• 2-5 years of experience
• Typing and 10-key calculator proficient
• Software knowledge of Excel and Word preferred
• Additional skills will be discussed at the interview
• Ability to sit for extended periods
