This position is only for an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Office Manager/Medical Receptionist to join our team in the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation department. Our practice is Out of Network and Cash as we perform many treatments that are not covered by insurance, you could say is more of a boutique practice. The office manager/receptionist is primarily responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and billing.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the office
• Getting new patients in through phone calls, texts and emails.
• Managing Marketing Campaigns
• Creating Marketing Campaigns
• Overseeing all billing
• Respond to patient inquiries and requests in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain client files and records.
• Schedule appointments for patients and physicians.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate party.
• Take messages for the physician or other personnel.
• Communicate with medical staff, insurance companies and medical laboratories on behalf of physicians.
• Answer questions from patients concerning medical issues and medications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
