Your Role and Impact
As a Training Specialist, you will play an integral role in researching, developing, and executing specific business unit training programs that focus on advanced concepts and competencies. You will be tasked with designing, organizing, and implementing training courses by combining creativity, research, and analysis of existing materials. Curriculum planning and enrollment coordination will provide you an opportunity to work with other departmental professionals, clients, and client customers at an interpersonal level. You will also have the chance to collaborate with other talented instructors to lead training and oversee participation. Managing course evaluations and overall productivity will allow you to experience the training on a personal level to assess their efficiency and ability to engage. This job is a perfect fit if you enjoy collaborating with people, helping clients meet their training goals, presenting helpful information, and using your creativity.
