The H uman Resources Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities and will help with important functions such as performance management, employee relations, recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits, and back-up payroll.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent or three or more years of professional related experience in human resources or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Previous payroll processing experience is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
PHR or SPHR Certification preferred
3 years’ of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Web-based payroll software experience is a plus
