Position Summary
Reporting to Vice President Marketing, the Cocoa Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting the brand portfolio (deZaan, Huysman, Twenty Degrees) across the North American market and full engagement in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for both industrial and Food Service customers. The position will have the freedom to create campaigns and content across all customer touchpoints and must be able to thrive on multiple priorities with tight deadlines. They will need to be excellent at project management and stakeholder management in order to work cross-functionally with product line, product development, sales and the agricultural operations team, as well as collaboratively across all of Olam Food Ingredient’s other business units.
The Marketing Manager will work to increase customer engagement, manage external agency support, oversee digital marketing, and assist in the planning and execution of product launches. This position will manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points. This position will be expected to analyze and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.

Someone who wants to jump into the role and ready to pivot on a dime if the need arises. A person not afraid of chaos, but in fact embraces it while striving to create some order and process. A person who takes on projects with gusto and finds solutions but is not afraid to seek out help or ask questions and is accountable for their work and voice in it. We are looking for the right marketing manager who is curious, self-driven, and a great team player. You will not only learn a lot in this role, but you will have ownership of key projects and be accountable for communicating progress and Return on Investment (ROI) to show effectiveness. While we are a large organization revenue-wise, we are the foundation of various ingredient start-ups and you have the opportunity to help implement processes and best practices to drive future growth. The mindset required for this role is someone that is ok with not having a prescriptive path, in addition, someone who can see the big picture of what ofi is trying to become and help create the roadmap to get us there. This role requires a person who has boundless enthusiasm and positivity and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get work done. You will create strong partnerships with sales and innovation functions, as well as product line managers and executives. This is a very exciting time to be part of ofi and you will start contributing from day one!
