Your Specific Responsibilities:
This is a highly responsible and professional position in the Contract Administration and Oversight Section. This position serves as the Lead Training Coordinator and is responsible for the education and training of contract management personnel, forms management, website management, and providing technical assistance to contract managers within the Department. This position is also responsible for independently performing administrative and consultative tasks. This position reports to the Contract Management Supervisor.
Duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive training program for Department contract management personnel. This includes facilitating a learning environment, conducting training, uploading content into the department’s online learning management system, maintaining contract management-related databases to ensure compliance with department and state training requirements, and conducting research and data collection, as needed, for reports and audits.
Serving as a web manager for the Contract Administration and Oversight Section, which includes uploading current information as needed, resolving technical issues, completing quality assurance reviews, and providing website technical assistance.
Providing technical assistance to contract managers of program offices and county health departments and providing training to contract managers and other relevant staff on interpreting contract requirements and understanding the Department’s contractual services process and related procedures.
Processing Request for Applications (RFA) to include posting documents by uploading to an online application, downloading applications from an online system, and using various electronic means to document and facilitate the overall RFA evaluation process.
Participating in contract reviews and contract system or database quality assurance review, if needed.

Hours: This is a full-time position. Normal business hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, although working outside these hours might be required to accommodate travel and presentations.
