The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the processing of accounts payable and maintenance of vendor files. Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for processing a high volume of invoices Research and resolve problem invoices with appropriate departments Act as point of contact for vendor and division inquires, to include preparation of written communications and associated files Send monthly reminders to Vendors for updated COI Complete daily and weekly check runs Complete all other duties as assigned by manager Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactionsAdhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environmentAdhere to and promote our Mission, Vision, and Values Position Standards: Ability to work in fast-paced environment Team Player Attention to Detail Superb Organizational and Analytical Skills Positive Attitude Process Discipline Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills Position Requirements: College degree preferred Knowledge of MS Office with Intermediate Proficiency in Excel Experience in accounts payable required Home-building experience a plus
