We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Reston, VA.
This is a hybrid role and a Contract to hire opportunity! $25/h.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess full cycle Accounts Payable experience, and have strong interpersonal skills.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting full cycle Accounts Payable activities, including ledger coding, posting, statement reconciliation, and payment. You will work closely with Executives, Senior Management, Analysts, and accounting staff on vendor invoices and payments. Additionally, you will process vendor invoices, credit card transactions, and expense reports while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal audit procedures. You will also maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed.
