PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):

• Own the customer facing responsibility for the new residential/ custom businesses within Stancil
• Call on residential tract/custom builders regularly
• Manage the day-to-day communications and tasks for the customer
• Build positive and consistent relationships
• Resolve issues in a professional way
• Build relationships from top to bottom of the customer’s organization
• Communicate routinely with Stancil GM as well as other corporate personnel
• Build a strategy for growth in conjunction with General Managers
• Monitor growth
• Communicate progress and failures
• Create a team atmosphere within the Stancil organization
• Meet or exceed Gross Profit budgets
• Identifies potential in the marketplace and presents opportunities to management team
• Educates builders on Stancil processes and procedures
• Sets company apart from competitors
• Drives profitability within the customer portfolio
• Balances volume and margin
• Develops balanced customer portfolio with respect to revenue generation
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Attends work regularly and on time with a minimum of tardiness and absences and adheres to Company policies and procedures regarding absences and tardiness. Provides adequate notice to higher management with respect to vacation time and time-off requests.
• 4-year Business degree or related discipline
• 2 or more years of account management experience
• SAGE experience a plus
• Construction industry experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs
• This position requires working in an indoors environment and office environment
• Some travel as needed
