Employment Type | 3-month contract

Pay | $20 - $23 (Depending on experience)

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of previous related experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling purchasing requisitions including from a purchase order or corporate card.
• Managing reimbursements.
• Organizing speakers, seminars, lodging, travel, Zoom setups, room reservations, food orders, itineraries, flyers, and communication with committees.
• Assisting with candidate lodging, travel, meal reservations, itinerary, room reservations, Zoom setups for job talks, flyers, communication with committees, and room setups.
• Managing incoming calls and emails.
