Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday

Pay: $16 - $17 per hour ($17 - $19 per hour for Bilingual Spanish candidates)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of call center experience or 5 years of customer service representative experience.
• Proficient in data entry, customer service, communication, and time management.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and provide scripted information regarding class action or project inquiries.
• Update the database with relevant information accurately.
• Process paperwork, transcribe IVR calls, and assist with miscellaneous office tasks.
• Provide professional and efficient support to internal and external clients.
