Company InfoThe Customer Service Rep. has multiple responsibilities within the CR department. They will assist in supporting both departments of customers, including order entry, RMA’s and email support. As a part of the CSR team, they ensure customer inquires are responded to in a timely manner and all feedback is logged.
Description
1. Evaluate and process the customer purchase order, confirming the correct product part numbers and pricing
2. Manage complete order entry process, including order acknowledgement and shipping notifications
3. Prepare and process documents related to customer purchase orders, including email communication with the purchasing team, logistics team and sales team
4. Manage customer disputes related to shipments and warranty issues
5. Organize and or process any report needs for Account Managers
6. Attract and refer new customers and pass on all appropriate leads to the proper account manager or Distributor.
7. Manage level 1 tech support cases that are escalated; Including updates to Sales Force.
8. Work with Marketing when there are website issues or updates
9. Pull monthly forecasts for customers that provide this detail via on-line portals
10. Process Intracompany purchase orders for raw materials used at Vendor locations
11. Maintain all customer quality documents in pricing folders, including current quotes, price sheets, and price exceptions.
12. Maintain processes according to our ISO procedures
13. Continually learn about new products and how they can be applied
14. Attend appropriate training offered
15. Log and follow up on customer feedback
16. Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
1. Experience with Contact Management Software and Visual Systems
2. Experience working in an ISO certified environment.
3. Strong data entry skills and computer skills
4. High attention to detail and time management
5. Knowledge of USPS, FedEx, UPS, carrier and other delivery services
6. Working knowledge of office equipment, printer, copiers, Microsoft office suite
