Seeking a contract Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for a wide range of special projects as assigned by the Dean’s Office.

Duties

· Maintain calendar, schedule meetings, and visitor appointments

· Produce documents and maintaining school directories

· Draft memos and correspondence.

· Respond to inquiries regarding school and campus operations, policies, and procedures.

· Forward situations and issues presented by staff, faculty, and external constituents to appropriate staff members for resolution.

· Maintain filing system for correspondence and other records.

· Use multiple computer applications to support key administrative functions.

· Provide support to other departments and perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

· 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Worcester, MA 01610: Relocate before starting work (Required)
