Artera is Hiring an Administrative Assistant (MA, Worcester) Near Worcester, MA
- Monitor and update daily crew reports
- Liaise with supervisors and managers and assist however necessary
- Update calendar on a daily basis and keep track of and report absentees (monitor sick and vacation time)
- Create and Closeout Purchase Orders
- Entering New Jobs into Coins System
- Maintain CBYD (Call Before You Dig) List Filing Copying
- Work closely with various departments throughout the company such as HR, Safety, Training and Payroll to ensure crews get all the answers they need
