Catering Sales Manager
Our very busy and growing company is seeking a motivated person to manage all aspects of the catering department. This is an amazing opportunity for someone willing to work hard and who wants to be a part of fun, innovative company.
The Catering Manager would be responsible for the following:
- Client Relations - Corresponding with clients & inquiries in a timely manner. Quote building & menu planning. Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients and working on building new ones.
- Staffing - Hiring, training and supervising seasonal and part time catering staff.
- Equipment Maintenance - Keeping our catering equipment organized, clean and in working order.
- Event Planning/Coordination - Laying out timelines, communicating with kitchen, staff & other vendors to ensure smooth operation of events.
A successful candidate will have:
- Event & hospitality industry management experience
- Able to lift 50lbs periodically.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Basic food knowledge & a passion for learning more about it
- Ability to maintain an organized work space
- Flexible schedule - particularly in the busy Summer months
- Strong attention to detail

Pay: $55,720.00 - $58,644.00 per year
