Square Enix is looking for a hands-on Senior Manager to manage various aspects of the Square Enix Online Store business. The position will be responsible for leading the eStore teams in areas of site merchandising, content development, promotional planning, warehouse management, inventory tracking, data analytics, consumer support, and day-to-day tasks of the eStore team.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily functions of the Square Enix North American Online Store, including inventory management, product content development, promotional calendars, and customer support.
Partner with other Marketing and Merchandising teams to implement initiatives that drive consumer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
Support customer service strategy and optimize for customer experience and retention.
Responsible for translating marketing initiatives into product, category, and landing pages.
Concept and lead marketing promotions throughout the calendar year.
Leverage site analytics and other analytics team resources to drive all decisions.
Lead the curation and format of new content for our online store; review content to ensure it meets Square Enix’s standards, and fix any style, copy, or layout errors as needed.
Manage direct reports daily functions and provide feedback for professional development to support their growth.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
5 - 7 years of online marketing experience preferred with at least 4 years working with direct to consumer eCommerce sites.
Experience working with enterprise eStore platforms such as Big Commerce, Magento, Amazon Webstores, Shopify etc.
Must have a solid background with managing eCommerce platforms in all areas of operations.
Must have strong familiarity with social and email marketing campaigns including consumer segmentation, data analysis and development of retention programs.
Strong analytical background for report tracking and analysis using enterprise tools such as Google Analytics.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Knowledge of the videogame and entertainment industry preferred.

Annual Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000 base.
