Responsibilities: Provides DoD acquisition consulting and serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to manage the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process per United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Center (SSC), and Military Communications (MilComm) & Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Program Executive Office (PEO) guidance.

10 years experience with DoD Budget Processes, including development and preparation of Program Objective Memorandum, and performing financial management activities in the government (military and/or civil servant), Federally Funded Research and Development Center, or profit/non-profit government support/development contractor arena, of which 8 years shall include duties/assignments specifically in support of space programs - AFSPC / USSF or SMC / SSC experience a plus.

5 years with CCAR and GAFS, 5 years FM Suite and WAWF, and 5 years with MS Office.

Desired certifications: Cost Estimating: Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA), Earned Value Management/Schedule Analysis; Project Management Professional (PMP), Financial Management; Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) or other related financial professional certification desired.

Desired Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, Project, Teams); Congressional Reporting (PMRT MAR, PMRT DAPR, PMRT EA, CCaR, DAVE, DAMIR, AIR); Task Management Tool (TMT); SharePoint (pushing SP forward as priority); Livelink; TopVue; JIRA/Confluence.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required.

Secret Clearance is required.

Hybrid in El Segundo, CA.

Salary range $155K - $165K base upon experience
