They are embarking on an exciting journey to refresh their brand, and we're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the charge. This is a pivotal role in ensuring their brand transformation is executed flawlessly across all consumer and employee touchpoints.
Position Overview:
As the Senior Project Manager for Brand Refresh, you will be responsible for orchestrating and leading the project management efforts for their comprehensive brand overhaul. This includes overseeing the refresh of packaging, sales decks, internal content, branded assets, website, and all other touchpoints that connect them with their consumers and employees.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, operations, regulatory teams and other key stakeholders, to ensure a seamless and successful brand refresh. Your expertise in project management and your ability to manage complex projects will be crucial to delivering results on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management for the Brand Refresh initiative, from planning and strategy development to execution and post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, marketing, and design, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of the brand refresh across all touchpoints.
- Utilize project management tools, specifically Wrike, to plan, track progress, and manage resources effectively.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project timeline, identifying key milestones and dependencies.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of company resources.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the project stays on track.
- Ensure that all brand elements, messaging, and materials adhere to the company's vision and objectives.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
