As a Client Manager based in Austin, TX, you are at the forefront of managing exceptional teams across various client locations. You will nurture client relationships, manage financial aspects, and lead diverse teams to exceed service level agreements and achieve outstanding client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of services across multiple client sites, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Direct and supervise teams handling reception, concierge, and administrative services, ensuring effective operations.
• Monitor and manage performance metrics and service agreements to guarantee client and corporate objectives are met.
• Conduct periodic site visits to enforce compliance with safety, health, operational, and human resource standards.
• Mentor and develop staff, promoting an ethos of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Implement strategic and financial plans to enhance profitability and client retention.
