Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Customer Support: Assist customers with account setup, inquiries, and issue resolution.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and reports.
Inventory Control Support: Support the accuracy of inventory levels and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Billing and Invoicing Support: Support the billing process and handle financial transactions.
Communication Handling: Operate the switchboard and manage internal and external communications.
Financial Recordkeeping: Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency to contribute to the success of the organization.
