The Business Development Manager will be responsible for marketing, promoting, and successfully selling products and services to existing and potential customers. The position requires cold calling on existing and potential new accounts to generate new business. 

Core responsibilities: 

• Seek out prospective customers and business opportunities
• Establish customer relationships to grow profitable sales
• Stay current on existing and emerging products and technologies
• Demonstrate new products to assigned accounts
• Follow up on generated quotes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Secure mutual business with qualified suppliers
• Execute sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Implement a sales plan to support sales and profitability goals
• Develop a productive working relationship with store teams
• Support shops as needed
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience
• Superior customer relation skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Advanced computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
