Spectraforce Technologies is Hiring a Sr Controller Near New York, NY
Title: Sr Controller Location: New York, NY 10036 - Hybrid (2 days in office Tuesday and Thursday of each week) Duration: 2 Months ( Hard End Date: July 1st, Possibly longer depending on when the FTE returns to work) Hours: M-F 8-5 or 9-6 HM is flexible Pre-screening Questions:
Do you have experience in both the public and private sector, if so please describe
Resource's typical working day:
Oversees all aspects of accounting for one or more functional departments or project.
Works with Finance Department on variances to budget and forecast.
Reviews financial statement packages prior to submitting to internal clients.
Performs and assists with profitability analysis, financial decision-making, and operating statistics for a functional area.
10 years' experience in public and private accounting.
Experience with both Public and Private and accounting is REQUIRED;
candidates with only private or only public will not be considered.
Would be supervising two people
Level of Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA Preferred
Systems/Software proficiencies:
AX Dynamics & or Tableau experience would be preferred
Certifications/Licenses:
CPA Preferred
Top Must have Skills:
Self Sufficient
Can pick up any type of accounting needed
Look at a problem and help develop solutions
Top Nice to have Skills:
Computer conversion experience would be great!

One round before extending an offer.
