South Bay Mazda is searching for an AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCED and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team located in Torrance, CA. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing all accounts payable tasks including vendor payments, invoicing, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work on a team and independently.

$20 - $24 hourly

• Input all invoices into accounting software, keeping accurate and complete records of invoices and payments for multiple dealerships
• Reconcile vendor accounts, process payments, and track receipt of goods
• Manage accounts payable processing through scheduled payments Generate reports and analysis of accounts payable activity
• Point of contact for all vendor inquiries.
• Proven track record in automotive accounts payables
• Exceptional working knowledge of Dealership DMS (We use Dealertrack) Proficient in M5. Word and Excel (or Google Docs)
• Willingness to Listen and Learn

• Ensure that all manufacturer accounts/receivables are current and accurate.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

• A MINIMUM of 2 years of accounts payable experience within the AUTOMOTIVE industry
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Genuine care for people and providing exceptional support and guidance to co-workers (We don't say employees)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven culture
• Proven Accounts Payable experience, with at least two years of experience in automotive accounting
