Location and Hours: Torrance full-time (must be in person)

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and resolving AP billing discrepancies.
• Processing invoices for payment (both hard copy and EDI).
• Reviewing and reconciling AP accounts.
• Generating reports and executing check runs.
• Assisting with month-end close procedures.
• Verifying invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment.
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Prior supply chain/logistics accounting experience is a plus
• Prior experience with MAS/SAGE Accounting ERP is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or working towards degree
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, proficient in xlookup, vlookup, and pivot tables
• 3 years of accounts payable, finance, and/or operations experience is a plus (internship experience qualifies)
