The company is offering relocation pay to move to PA to work onsite at headquarters with the Financial Team. Looking for a bilingual Japanese/English Bilingual candidate.

Job Type: Full-time Onsite. M-F. Will offer a set amount for relocation. Will pay a tax-free amount to commute to work onsite.

Work with the current Controller to get acclimated to the role and learn about Annie’s 3 business locations.

Assist management (Controller and CEO) with important financial decisions.

prepare financial documents such as business reports, financial forecast, and statements.

keep up to date on financial markets to understand how to maximize profits and find new expansion areas.

monitor financial reports and determine ways to reduce costs.

understand the financials or the company to meet legal requirements and keep the financial state in good standing.

coordinate the provisions of information to external auditors for the annual audit.

comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Strong excel experience, computer savvy, can learn new systems quickly.
