Overview

The Learning & Development Specialist will oversee the management of our Learning Management System (LMS) and play an important part in the program delivery of both digital and live learning content for new hires, people managers, and individual contributors. The role will focus on the design and development of talent development and leadership development tools, processes, and programs, and translating them into actionable and value-added results to improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

· Support the development and implementation of learning and development programs for employees.

· Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, to support training programs.

· Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring timely communication with participants and trainers.

· Maintain accurate training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

· Provide attentive support and guidance to employees throughout their participation in training programs, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

· Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth integration of user groups, addressing technical issues, managing reports and content updates, and fostering positive vendor relationships.

· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Contribute to the overall success of the company by proactively identifying ways to enhance the learning process and foster a culture of continuous development.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· BA/BS in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.

· 2 years experience in a learning and development role.

· Proven experience as a Training Specialist, Trainer, Instructional Designer or similar role.

· Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories.

· Experience managing content in Learning Management Systems (LMS) (upload content, create courses, establish learning paths, manage learners, etc.)

· Excellent organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

· Enthusiasm for change and working within a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Superb interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport quickly.

· Passionate about people development and committed to driving individual and organizational growth.

· Attention to detail and commitment to delivery high-quality work.
