Customer Service Hours: 9am-5:30pm M-F onsite in North Minneapolis
Customer Service Job Overview: The AreaCustomerService Dispatcher will receive incoming service calls from around the country and tries to solve the customers mechanical issues.If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, you will dispatch the territory service technician to the customers location.
Customer Service Key Requirements:
- Experience understanding mechanical components and industrial repairs
- Experience with electrical components
- Good Customer Service Skills, enjoy helping customers solve mechanical problems over the phone
Customer Service Key Responsibilities:
- Receives incoming service calls from around the country and try's to solve the customers mechanical issues.
- If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, you will dispatch the territory service technician to the customers location.
- Communicating issues with equipment and providing solutions
- Work directly with Field Technicians
- Prepare work estimates to customers
- Take parts orders from technicians and customers
- Evaluate service technician job orders
- Submit technician job orders for billing
- Keep records of existing customers
