SOLUTIONREACH is Hiring a Remote Account Development Manager

Description

Solutionreach is hiring for a Team Lead, Account Development Manager. We are a virtual first company, with teams working across North America. This role is virtual. #LI-Remote 

This role will work side-by-side with Account Executives to provide qualified leads through call, text, drip, and account-based marketing. You will set appointments with potential new mid-market customers such as large dental and vision practices. This is a quota-bearing position based on the appointments you set. Oversee a team of 9 and report feedback to the ADM Manager.

Requirements

What will I need to thrive in this role? 

  • 1-2 years of experience maintaining a sales quota.
  • Drive and resourcefulness in building relationships with prospective customers.
  • A track record of arranging high quality meetings with executives.
  • Ability to interact well with external and internal customers.
  • Team player mentality, adaptability, and a positive mindset.

What does high performance look like?

  • Exceed the minimum expectation of 3 accepted opportunities, 10 daily emails, and 30-50 daily dials.
  • Consistently come up with creative ways to help dental and vision clinics understand how Solutionreach can help them succeed as a business.
  • You know how to speak the language of your audience, whether that’s a Senior VP of Sales or a teammate you’re collaborating with.

What is my potential for career growth?

This role will have opportunities to move into an Upsell Specialist or Account Executive role. How soon that happens is completely up to you and how hard you go after it. The ADMs who advance quickly are coachable. They do what it takes to get the job done and don’t give up easily. Literally no job is beneath them. They don’t expect others around them to adjust to their needs, but they take it upon themselves to make the changes they want to see.

What is the team like?

You will work with a team of ten Account Executives and other ADM’s. This team fights for each other, and we want to win as a team. We don’t take each other too seriously and have a good time in our daily huddles. We believe team culture is the most important aspect to winning. We encourage ideas and want you to be part of building this team.

Is this a permanently remote position? Yes! Solutionreach is a Virtual First company with teams working across North America. Minimal travel to corporate headquarters in Lehi, Utah.
