This position is a lead communicator and manager for a portion of our account relationships. You will serve as the liaison between our clients and our digital marketing operations team.
Your primary focus is to ensure that your accounts are completely satisfied with their services.
You’ll work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure your clients are receiving the best service and care possible. You’ll also be responsible for reviewing reports & meeting with your clients every month via phone or video conference to give recommendations and answer questions.
In addition, there is a consulting element in this role requiring you to guide clients in creating their marketing plan and training the client on lead follow-up, best practices for marketing in the roofing industry, and how to use our CRM software.
This position requires being goal- and deadline-oriented, organized, self-motivated and creative. You must be highly attentive to detail and have the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
In addition, the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of the market calls for individuals who are competitively oriented, flexible and adaptable. This job requires strong and clear communication skills since you will often work closely with clients and other members of our team.
