Tagg-N-Go Car Wash is Hiring a Business Development Manager Near Lehi, UT

Description

TAGG-N-GO is taking Northern Utah by storm! And we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to help us grow! This position will be based in Northern Utah, mining for sales opportunities as we continue to grow in Utah County.

Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Tagg-N-Go Car Wash, you play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by cultivating and converting qualified leads into long-lasting partnerships. Your mission is to proactively engage with potential clients through a multifaceted approach, leveraging website leads, networking, and strategic alliances with channel partners and their sales teams.

You'll manage and expand our portfolio of fleet account relationships, serving as the primary liaison to ensure exceptional service delivery, maintain up-to-date account management, and foster unparalleled customer satisfaction. Your ability to generate innovative sales strategies and understand our clients' unique needs will be key to achieving and surpassing our sales objectives. 

This relationship building position will have uncapped commission earning potential, earning 5-10% commission monthly (depending on the deal). A successful candidate may earn $30,000-50,000 in commissions a year.

Job Duties:

  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and identify new opportunities for Fleet
  • Source and develop prospects and new clients
  • Develop sales strategies and expand referral sources
  • Pass off prospects to Customer Service for day to day account management
  • Partner with Customer Service in order to deliver exceptional service, keeping the department updated on needs and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Gather data to be used in the selling process, participating in community organizations and activities
  • Work with the internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better serve our clients
  • Responsible for expanding, building, and maintaining relationships
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining reports within the fleet department
  • Expands on existing business relationships, development of new business, and calling on both prospective and existing customers.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Five years working directly in outside sales or customer service
  • Working knowledge of sales techniques, business development, and a desire to geek out in the car wash industry.
  • Must have solid customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid problem resolution and presentation skills.
  • Ability to process customer requests, identify problems and provide solutions
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • This position is an outside sales position, which means traveling to the opportunities! Primarily serving Northern Utah, and the right candidate will have the ability to travel all over Utah, Idaho, and Nevada.
