Job Title: Assistant Site Manager - New Pleasant Grove location!

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and train both new and existing employees in accordance with company standards

- Assist in scheduling employee shifts and coordinating staffing requirements

- Support the Site Manager in daily operations and decision-making

- Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, discipline, dismissal, and performance management processes

- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing concerns promptly and effectively

- Cultivate community relationships through active participation in events, including parades and fundraisers

- Identify and resolve wash issues to ensure optimal operational performance

- Conduct basic equipment maintenance and monitor machinery to ensure proper functionality

- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive and rewarding workplace culture

- Perform administrative duties including paperwork, inventory management, and documentation

- Emphasize and practice safety and security measures, conducting periodic reviews

- Maintain excellent site appearance through regular checks and adherence to cleaning protocols

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required

- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods of standing and walking

- Ability to lift 25 pounds

- May be required to climb ladders as part of cleaning duties

- Ability to work outside in varying temperatures
